NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF OLINT TCI CLAIMANTS 
To Be Held at Jamaica Conference Centre
Duke Street, Kingston, Jamaica
On 8 February 2010

In order to be eligible to attend and participate in the meeting, potential claimants must meet the following criteria:

1. Received email or letter from the Liquidation Team confirming their eligibility to attend this meeting.
2. Submitted a claim to the Official Liquidator of Olint TCI – In Compulsory Liquidation by Friday, January 29, 2010. See How To Make A Claim . Persons who have already submitted a claim need not re-submit their claim as they will be advised directly.
3. Submitted all the relevant supporting documentation to substantiate claim.

There will be two meetings held namely:

1. Meeting of Potential Beneficiaries of Trust Fund.   Potential Beneficiaries of Trust Fund are claimants who had remitted/deposited funds directly to Hallmark Bank & Trust Limited ("Hallmark") in the Turks and Caicos Islands between the period April 2006 and July 2008 and had entered into a Private Club Members Agreement with Olint TCI. Also, Potential Beneficiaries of Trust Fund must not have received redemption(s)/encashment(s) in excess of the actual cash that was remitted/deposited to Hallmark.


2. Meeting of Unsecured Creditors.  Unsecured Creditors are claimants who did not remit/deposit funds directly to Hallmark Bank & Trust Limited ("Hallmark") in the Turks and Caicos Islands but may have remitted/deposited funds to the following entities and entered into a Private Club Members Agreement with Olint TCI:
                Overseas Locket International Corporation
                Olint Corp Limited
                MZ Holdings Limited
                Usimo International Corp
                Astra International Inc.
